Subject: Wix Poor SupportUrgent Complaint Regarding Case #1020757177 – Unresolved Issue and Poor Support
Dear Wix Support Team,
I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the handling of my case, Case #1020757177, which was opened on January 6. It is now January 17, and despite repeated attempts to reach out, I have received absolutely no support. To make matters worse, I have encountered accusations instead of assistance, which only adds to my frustration.
As a loyal Wix customer since 2011, I have consistently paid for your services across multiple accounts. It is disheartening to be treated in such a manner after being a customer for so many years. The level of support I have received, particularly from the following individuals, is completely unacceptable:

Katharina (SEO Advanced Team Supervisor)
Despite their titles, I have not received any real support or a satisfactory resolution. Instead, I have been met with silence and unhelpful responses, which have left me with an ongoing issue that remains unresolved to this day.
Furthermore, I am unable to receive any assistance with my two paid premium accounts, which only adds to the overwhelming frustration of the situation. I have dedicated nearly 40 years in business as a photographer and 9 years of hard work to develop my online presence with Wix. My website, www.talsstudio.com, has been my lifeline, especially after the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.
As a paying customer, I expected better from Wix—better support, better communication, and better respect for the years of business I’ve given you. Instead, I feel disregarded and ignored.
The actions (or lack thereof) from Wix’s support team, especially the supervisors mentioned above, have made it clear that your company no longer values its long-term customers. Wix was built by Avishai Abrahami, Nadav Abrahami, and Giora Kaplan through years of hard work, but unfortunately, your recent behavior has left me questioning the integrity of the company as a whole. It seems as though my years of loyalty have meant nothing.
I am requesting immediate assistance in resolving my ongoing issues, including support for my premium accounts and a comprehensive explanation of why I have received such poor service. I also expect a prompt response to this complaint, as I can no longer afford to waste time on an issue that should have been resolved days ago.
Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter. I hope that my concerns will be taken seriously and that a resolution will be provided without further delay.
